Questions to ask a roofer before a re-roof

Ask five things: is the person doing or supervising restricted roofing work a current LBP Roofing licence holder 1; which wind zone and fixing pattern they used 3; which product suits your exposure 4; what's included; and what warranty applies. Contracts of $30,000 or more must be in writing 6.

Ask whether they're a Licensed Building Practitioner, which wind zone and fixing pattern they've allowed, which product suits your exposure category and what the warranty requires, and exactly what's in the price.
