How it works

1. Tell us about your roof

Use the quote form: your area, roof type, house size and timing. Photos help. You'll see an indicative range straight away, based only on published 2026 NZ figures.

2. We connect you with a local roofer

We pass your enquiry to a roofing provider in your area so they can arrange an inspection. Your details go only to the provider quoting your job (see privacy).

3. Inspection and itemised quote

The roofer measures and checks the roof and quotes. Ask for options for profile, coating and colour matched to your exposure category ¹, plus the wind zone and fixing pattern ².

4. If you go ahead: strip and replace

Scaffold, then staged strip-off, framing repairs, underlay, roofing and flashings. Typical NZ timelines are 3–7 working days ³.

5. Handover

Ask for product warranty and maintenance information, and a Record of Building Work where the work is restricted building work ⁴.
