What we collect
The details you enter in the quote form (name, email, phone if given, area, roof details, timing and notes), plus technical details such as the page you came from and campaign tags. If you use the chat assistant, we keep the conversation to improve answers.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and get you a quote. Your enquiry may be shared with a roofing provider in your area so they can contact you and quote. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Storage
Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We keep them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related follow-up.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, by replying to any message from us or through the quote form.
Automated replies
The instant reply and chat assistant are automated. Price ranges are indicative only, drawn from published sources, and are not a quote.
